“AK Stroy Ltd” has extended experience in construction and project management sphere. The most of our team have been working together for almost 20 years since 1994.
From 1994 till 2004 within the framework of St.Petersburg state institution “Fund of Capital construction we built 16 projects of the total volume of 70 000 square meter.
Since 2004 the company worked under the brand of “Lenuks” - an affiliated company of “Promsviaznedvizimost” (PSRealty group) holding company.
In 2007 the brand of “AK Stroy Ltd” was registered. Since the beginning we realized 29 projects of the total volume more then 330 000 sq.meters.
During the period as a project manager we developed :
- the construction of multi-purpose complex (residential and office area) “Chkalovsky” with indoor three-level parking in Petrogradskaya district ,
- the re-construction of medical-hotel complex “Sanatory ‘Repino (Repino hotel)’” (Kurortniy district of St.Petersburg);
- the reconstruction of business center “Alexander Nevskiy manufacture” (Obuhovskoy Oborony prospect., 70);
- the construction of residential building in Petrogradskaya district ( Zverinskaya str., 22 );
- the preparation of preliminary documentation for the construction of residential building in Central district of St.Petersburg (Ligovsky prospect, 123);
- the construction of “Baltiya” hotel (Smolachkova, 5-1, A)
- the construction of animation studio “Melnitsa” (Nevsky district, Bolshevikov prospect, site 1, north-west of Bolshevikov prospect, 36, A)
- the construction of Leroy Merlin Hypermarkets in St.Petersburg and Petrozavodsk.
As a general contracter we partecipated in
- the construction of “Health and fitness complex with swimming pool” construction federal project (Sredny prospect, V.O., 82);
- the construction of trade and entertainment center “Shkipersky Mall” (Maliy prospect, V.O., 88);
Currently “AK Stroy ltd” are carrying out building control services for new construction of Leroy Merlin hypermarket in Cherepovec and reconstruction of 6 objects in St.Petersburg .
